We, Source To Sea GmbH, Natterer See 1, 6161 Natters, Austria only collect, process and use your personal data with your consent or based on another legal basis in accordance with the GDPR.

The provision of your data is required for your participation in the OETZ TROPHY. If you do not wish to provide your data, participation in the OETZ TROPHY is unfortunately not possible.

Hereby you give your explicit consent that we may process your personal data you disclosed in the context of the OETZ TROPHY (your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, age, gender, nationality, your placement in the OETZ TROPHY, your club/association and also video recordings and photos of you) and also pass on this data to third parties (in particular online and print media, clubs/associations and other persons with an interest in the OETZ TROPHY).

  1. Which of your personal data is collected and processed?

We only collect personal data that is necessary for the implementation, evaluation and optimisation of the OETZ TROPHY or that you have voluntarily provided to us.

In particular, but not limited to, the following data will be processed: your name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, age, gender, insurance information, in particular national insurance number, nationality, placement, club/association and also video recordings and photos of you.

  1. Your right to information and deletion

As a participant in the OETZ TROPHY or as a person otherwise affected, you have the right to information at any time about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing, as well as the right to correction, data transfer, objection, restriction of processing and blocking or deletion of incorrect or inadmissibly processed data.

If there are any changes to your personal data, please inform us accordingly.

You have the right to revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time. Your request for information, deletion, correction, objection and/or data transfer, in the latter case provided that this does not cause disproportionate effort, can be directed to the contact options listed under point 10 of this declaration.

Please understand that in the event of a (even partial) revocation of your consent to data processing, participation in the OETZ TROPHY will not be possible.

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by us violates the applicable data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in another way, you have the possibility to complain to us or to the relevant supervisory authority. In Austria, the relevant authority is the Data Protection Agency.

Your personal data is protected by appropriate organisational and technical precautions. These precautions relate in particular to protection against unauthorised, illegal or accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation.

Notwithstanding our efforts to maintain a reasonably high level of due diligence at all times, it cannot be ruled out that information you disclose to us may possibibly be accessed and used by others.

Please note that we do not accept any liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in the transmission of information not caused by us and/or unauthorised access by third parties (e.g. hacking of e-mail account or telephone, interception of faxes or letters).

We will not process the data provided to us for purposes other than what is necessary for your participation in the OETZ TROPHY or purposes covered by your consent or otherwise by a provision in accordance with the GDPR. This does not include the use for statistical purposes, provided that the data provided has been anonymised.

Your personal data will be processed by us and, under certain circumstances, by third parties. We also share your data (in particular name, gender, age, nationality, club/association, placement, photos and video recordings) with online and print media, clubs/associations and other persons who have an interest in the OETZ TROPHY.

However, we will only pass on your address, e-mail address and telephone number to third parties if we have a legitimate interest in doing so and this is covered by the provisions of the GDPR.

Some of the recipients of your personal data mentioned above may also be located outside of Austria. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection. For this purpose, we conclude the standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC).

The interests of the users are sufficiently protected by the pseudonymisation.

Google LLC. offers a guarantee to maintain an adequate level of data protection on the basis of the standard contractual clauses. The data sent and linked to cookies, user identifications (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs are automatically deleted after 50 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached takes place automatically once a month.

The collection by Google Analytics can be prevented by the site visitor adjusting the cookie settings for this website. The collection and storage of the IP address and the data generated by cookies can also be objected to at any time with effect for the future.
