Oetztal Kayak Festival
The first edition of the Oetztal Kayak Festival will take place in Oetz from September 20 – 22, 2024. In addition to the Oetz Kayak Cross on the slalom course (WW III – WW IV), there will be equipment testing opportunities, workshops, a festival for the Ötztaler Ache and an after-race party in Area 47. The festival area will be the area at the entrance to the “Untere Ötztaler Ache”. The parking lot there will be used as an exhibition area for the entire duration of the event. Here you can take a look at the equipment of our partner companies and test it directly on site.
Around the race base there will be a chill-out zone with seats and music. There you can hang out, find out about the program, meet up and make plans together.
During the event, you can park in the Hochoetz cable car parking lot, which unfortunately now has to be paid for. From here it’s the quickest way to get to the Wellerbrücke- and slalom course.
