Terms & Conditions

These participant terms summarize the registration commitments for the OETZ TROPHY race weekend. Operational details may be updated by the organiser before race day.

Eligibility

Registration is for paddlers who are at least 18 years old on race day and have the skill, fitness, and judgement required for advanced whitewater.

Rules & Safety

Participants must follow the official AWP kayak rules, the event briefing, all safety instructions, and the required equipment rules at all times.

Registration & Payment

A start place is secured only after the registration form has been submitted and payment has been completed through Stripe.

Data & Media

Participant data is processed for event organisation. Photos, video, names, nationality, and results may be used for event reporting according to the privacy policy.

These terms should be reviewed by the organiser before registration opens.
